Conzep Auktionen GmbH advises on renovation and exploitation strategies and carries out the disposal of assets. Always with the aim of the greatest possible transparency and the best possible exploitation proceeds, online and face-to-face auctions, tenders and individual exploitation measures serve as the means for this.

Recycling is sustainable! Assets, regardless of their type, are put to new use through recycling and thus remain in the economic cycle. The continued use of used assets conserves resources and makes a sustainable contribution to reducing environmental pollution.

A valuation report is required not only in insolvency proceedings, but also for various other reasons, such as renovations, security assessments, succession planning or legal disputes.

Our report is based on precise recording of the object being assessed and a meaningful description of its condition, digitally and with images. We research any foreign law and assign them in the report.

The assessment is the most time-consuming part. We determine precise time values through internet research, contacts with manufacturers and proven valuation formulas. Our experience and market understanding lead to the desired results, on which we proudly put our expert stamp.

Recycling

In order to achieve the best possible proceeds with low disposal costs and high transparency, we auction the objects for sale. We advertise them publicly, organize a marketplace and enable a bidding competition for the best possible exploitation proceeds at the given time.

Before the auction, we carry out extensive preparations, such as labeling, presentation, creating information material and setting up escrow accounts. The auction usually takes place online, sometimes live or as a sale at fixed prices.

After completing the process, we quickly prepare the invoice for our clients and conclude with a detailed utilization report.

We are repeatedly asked by customers and clients whether it would be possible to use the Conzep Auktionen GmbH auction portal to sell their own assets.

We have now decided to open the Conzep auction portal and have created the technical requirements so that third-party commercial providers can offer and sell their machines, vehicles and other valuable assets to Conzep for a fee on their own account and responsibility. As an additional service, we provide the Conzep information system as well as the Android and iOS app.

It is important to us that the portal retains its character as a B2B platform for valuable assets and expands it further for the benefit of users.
